Job Location: Gurgaon – Main Sohna Road
Experience: Minimum 4-6 years in similar profile
Should have INDEPTH knowledge/ experience of
· Various channels of recruitment to source the resources
· Aggressive Recruitment and headhunting
· Extremely Good Written and Spoken English is MUST
· Able to work under Pressure and stringent deadlines
· Residents from Gurgaon will be given preference
· Age should be between 30 to 40years (Well settled in personal life & Career focused ).
Roles and responsibilities:
Responsible for Pan India Recruitment & Selection activities: scanning the database, headhunting, mapping, networking etc. from Executive to the senior level on a Pan India basis
Conducting Induction & Training Programme, Employee Documentation
Performance Appraisal: Reviewing performance of the employees and Salary Bands annually.
Structuring the Policies & Procedures - Policy Reviewing, Framing Rules & Regulations, Updation of Employee Handbook
Counseling & Coaching Employees: Communicating with employees on daily basis to resolve issues.
Conducting Exit Interviews and Initiating the Full & Final Settlement with Accounts and Issuing Relieving letter, Experience letter etc.
Organizing Employee Engagement activities to motivate and enhance employee’s performance.
